CSA 10 GEMS

Use these 10 GEMS(Go The Extra Mile for Service) to remind yourself of the Service Delivery Basics.

 

1:        Look good and feel great.

2:        Notice the customer.

3:        Smile

4:        Greet the customer, saying “Good morning”,”Welcome” or “How may I

            Help you today?”

5:        Give your customer your full attention

6:        Know your products or services.

7:        Provide the customer with what he/she needs or offer alternatives.

8:        If you do not know, say

            “Let me check for you.”

9:        An upset customer? Be Calm, Listen, Apologise and Take Action.

10:      Thank every customer and ask, “Can I Be of Further Help?
